These terms apply to all Roku channels published by Cowkibble. By using a channel, you agree to them.
Use of the channels
You may use our channels for personal, non-commercial purposes. Don't attempt to reverse engineer, copy, or redistribute them.
No warranty
The channels are provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee they will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available on every Roku device.
Health note (Static Nap)
Noise audio is for relaxation and focus only, not medical treatment. Keep volume at a comfortable level, especially around infants and young children.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Cowkibble is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the channels. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the channel, if anything.
Purchases
Purchases and subscriptions are processed by Roku and governed by Roku's terms, including refunds.
Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use of a channel after an update means you accept the revised terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, USA.
